Device Split-Payment Agreement

This agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Always ON WiFi, (“Company”) and the undersigned customer (“Customer”) upon Customer’s selection of the Split Payment method for their device, indicating acceptance of the terms and conditions stated herein.

1. Payment Terms:

1.1 Customer agrees to split the payment for the device into two installments. The first installment is due immediately upon checkout, and the second installment is due 30 days after the initial payment.

1.2 The total cost of the device will be divided equally between the two installments.

1.3 Failure to make either of the payments as outlined in this Agreement may result in additional fees and/or termination of services, at the discretion of the Company.

2. Service Agreement:

2.1 Customer agrees to maintain the service provided by Always ON WiFi for a minimum period of 30 days from the date of the initial payment.

2.2 If Customer cancels the service before the completion of the 30-day period, Customer will be responsible for paying the remaining balance of the device cost in full, or returning the device immediately.

3. Ownership:

3.1 Ownership of the device remains with the Company until the final payment has been made.

3.2 Customer agrees not to tamper with or attempt to modify the device in any way until full ownership has been transferred.

4. Default:

4.1 In the event of default, Customer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees, and costs.

5. Governing Law:

5.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

6. Entire Agreement:

6.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.

7. Acknowledgment:

7.1 By selecting the Split Payment method for the device on the Company’s website, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined herein.
