Dear Impact Wireless Customer,

I think we can all agree that 2020 has been a crazy year!

We have some amazing news for all of our existing customers!

In light of recent events, we’re proud to say that after tirelessly fighting for our customers over the past few weeks, we’ve been able to secure our current plan with the carrier for the foreseeable future. With so many people working from home during these trying times, we made the case that it would be inappropriate to disrupt anyone’s service.

What this means for you is, you can keep your service with us as-is! We won’t need to send you a new SIM card.

If you did receive a new sim card, simply dispose of it or save it for future use.

If you purchased our upgraded equipment, all you need to do is simply insert your old sim card into the device to experience better quality internet service.  This device is approved across multiple carriers and provides enhanced Band 71/66, high speed technology for rural America and better in building coverage. 

We are in the process of securing a new, high data usage plan for 2021 and will communicate that as we learn more in Q1.

Dear valued customer,

We have some important news regarding all of our current T-Mobile users.

Data usage continues to be at an all-time high with online school and more and more people working from home. We do not see it slowing down anytime soon. This has created a huge strain on the 4G bandwidth creating slower speeds, data caps and loss of a solid connection. This has introduced some new carrier requirements that will directly affect your service starting November 23rd.

Great News: WE HAVE SOME SOLUTIONS BELOW!

To avoid any interruption in service, please select one of the options below.

Option #1

Switch to our AT&T Service

Switch to our AT&T service and get 400GB of data on America’s Fastest Network!

This option would allow you to get a new sim and not change your device if you already have one of the compatible devices listed below:

  • MOFI-4500 V2 combo
  • MOFI-4500 SIM4 combo
  • MOFI-4500 SIM7 combo
  • Netgear LB-1120 Modem
  • Netgear LB-1121 Modem
  • Netgear LB-2120 Modem 
  • Netgear Nighthawk MR1100

  • Netgear Beam 340 aircard

If you have another device that is not on the list, Contact Us with your device IMEI number and we can check to see if the device is approved.

This option will not work for customers that have our Alicorn USB device or our Alcatel tablet.

With this option, we will send you a new AT&T SIM Card, free of charge, and move you to our 400 GB data plan.

This option will change your billing to $79.99/month on your next bill cycle.

Option #2

Switch to our New T-Mobile Service

Keep your approved equipment and your T-Mobile service and get a new SIM Card and DOUBLE the data each month!

If you currently have approved equipment you can switch to our new T-Mobile Plan.

This option will not change your monthly billing at this time.

Option #3

Purchase Approved Equipment

This includes a new, pre-activated T-Mobile SIM.

  •  If you don’t already have an approved device, then this upgrade in equipment is REQUIRED to continue T-Mobile service with us.

Option #4

Cancel Your Service

If none of these options work for you, you may cancel your service.

We would hate to see you go and urge you to reconsider. However, it is crucial to make your choice and switch to this new service and/or device before November 23, 2020 in order to retain service with us.

All existing equipment will be shut off on the 23rd of November, per the carrier.

If you decide that you would like to cancel your service, you must submit a cancellation request before the next bill cycle and understand that we will no longer be able to provide service on the existing plan/sim you have after November 23rd.

It is crucial to switch to this new service and device before November 23rd to retain service. All existing equipment will be shut off on the 23rd of November per the carrier.

We know and understand how this change can be frustrating. However, this is necessary in order to stay current with new technology, connectivity, and the requirements of the carrier. We appreciate your understanding and value you as a customer.  We pride ourselves in always staying ahead of the curve. Technology evolves and with that, we must also.
