Our AT&T Freedom Plan is no longer available for purchase for new customers at this time. We will make this plan and price point available again next week. If you have not ordered it yet, you must now move to either a personal account with T-Mobile or another carrier. This is due to the time constraint of October 20th and getting you a new sim in time. To ensure you do not lose your number, please follow the steps below to port out of the Ruby9 account BEFORE October 20. You can choose to come to OWW Freedom Plan later at the $44.99 price if you choose.

If you have ALREADY purchased our AT&T Freedom Plan AND received your AT&T SIM Card:

Please submit your Activation Request IMMEDIATELY so we can begin the port-in process.

If you HAVE NOT purchased our AT&T Freedom Plan:

You need to follow these steps to port your number to another carrier:

  1. Dial 611 from your Ruby9 phone or call T-Mobile direct at 1-877-347-2127
  2. Tell the operator you are a Ruby9 customer and you need to be moved to a personal account in order to port to another carrier.
  3. If they insist that you must get that info from Ruby9, please ask them to reference their own internal “Ruby9 End User Policy”. They should be able to do so and understand the situation and provide the options for getting a personal account number and pin.
  4. If they are unable to understand or help, ask for a supervisor and tell them the same thing again as above.
  5. Please take note of your personal Account Number and PIN, as you will need it in order to transfer to another carrier.

*Note: You do also have the option to transfer to T-Mobile directly and get on to an Individual Account. Just speak to your rep and find out what the best option would be for you.

T-Mobile is shutting off any line that has not transferred to another carrier (or to an individual T-Mobile Account) on SUNDAY, OCTOBER 20th. You have until 11:59 PM EST on October 19th to transfer your number.
